Hassan Tareque Chowdhury`s key competency covers a varied area of Human Resources Management activities including Organizational Development, Training & Development, Staffing, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations & Employment laws, Compensations Management etc. Currently he is working as Head of Human resources & Organizational Development of with Group QA with overall responsibility of managing the human resources activities of the group. Prior to that he worked with MGH Group as GM & Head of HRD with the responsibility of developing and implementing HR policies, training & development, talent management and other operational areas for the group including its overseas operations in India, Pakistan, Srilanka and Nepal. Prior to join MGH, he worked with ACI Limited for 10 years, among which, last 2 (two) years as HR Consultant. Adding to his exposure to a wide area of HR field, he has direct experience to look after overall HR function in a wide variety of industries too - both in manufacturing and service industry. His experience covers working with sectors like Pharmaceutical, FMCG Distribution, Agrochemicals, Animal Health, Trading Business, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Line Agencies, Airline GSA, Cable Entertainment, FM Radio, International Chain Restaurant and Inland Container Depots etc. Apart from extensive experience of recruiting locally, he has exposure of recruiting abroad. That includes recruitment and selection in Delhi, Mumbai, Lahore and Colombo. He had also attended and conducted several training programs home and abroad.
