Additional Requirements	• Age 30 to 35 year(s) • Computer litaracy is must • Minimum 10 years Experience in Knit Composite Industries.

Job Responsibilities	• To support the Merchandising team in maximizing profit through planning and analysis. • To assist planning and communicating with all the other departments within the agreed parameters • Should have hands-on Experience on Customer relation management, product & business development as will as under management. • To assist your merchandiser by working closely with the team to agree and review all departmental plans and to ensure that the correct procedures are followed at all stages. • Should have Excellent knit Garments marketing skillness and good relationship with direct and local buying offices. • Must have a strong marketing background to procure business directly from the buyer, especially for US & EU market. • Brining own clients/ buyers is must for this position. • To ensure that all resources i.e. yarn and accessories are ordered and arrive at factory on time. Should maintain a good working relationship with the sampling team, suppliers, customers, production and merchandising team • Able to Work Under Pessure and Manage Stress

Job Responsibilities	• Extensive factory experience in costing, sourcing of raw matarials, Knitting , Dyeing, Garmentsproduction. • Handling USA & Europian clients is mandatory • Maintain and build strong relations with internal company buyers as well as assigned suppliers. • Follow up enquiries independently and responsibly. • Production follow up on all stages from order placement to export. • Daily report to Merchandising Manager as well as buyers. • Taking responsibility for on time deliveries as well as new developments. • Ensure product quality according to the respective buyer`s requirments. • Being able to handle work under pressure depending on seasonal peaks and order volumes. • Leadership qualities and good knowledge in all over garments business. • Objective: To support the Merchandising Manager in maximizing profit through planning and analysis. • Main Duties: To assist your merchandiser by working closely with the team to agree and review all departmental plans and to ensure that the correct procedures are followed at all stages.
