Educational Qualification	Master Degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements	• Age 27 to 40 year(s) • Minimum 5-6 years of experiences in national or international development organizations having minimum 2-3 years in managerial position. The experience on hotline management, entrepreneurship development and anti-corruption related works will get preference.

Job Responsibilities	• Effective management of anti-corruption hotline and sound knowledge as well as experience on existing anti-corruption laws, compliance procedures, taxation, VAT, access to finance as well as legal procedures. • Supervise, conduct and execute training, advocacy and the project tasks, including the timely preparation of work plans and sending reports to the central office, providing specific support to women entrepreneurs on avoiding corruption in their professional works. • Advice, counsel and mentor to women entrepreneurs on specific issues of corruption; referral service to the government institutions responsible for anti-corruption activities and business development different service (ACC, NBR, , Bank, City Corporation and business development services) • Excellent computer knowledge & skill on MS application package, database and sound knowledge on practical communication tools and techniques • Collect data and on specific sources of corruption faced by women entrepreneurs. • Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation and facilitate teamwork as well as manage and resolve conflicts among staff. • Formulate operational budget and ensure effective financial management, develop project action plan and implementation strategy. • Center Manager will be responsible for day to day project implementation, coordination and corresponding with respective stakeholders. • Maintaining standard office operating procedures and practices and overseeing day-to-day functions of the unit office. • Strong analytical skills, particularly on gender issues, women’s economic empowerment, entrepreneurship development and anti-corruption issues. • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral in English and Bengali) and highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
