Job Responsibilities	• She will be composing letters and correspondence in a professional and accurate manner/report compiling. • She needs to maintain high level of confidentiality in respect of the information and project of Managing Director. • She will be responsible to inform and remind the Managing Director of necessary information, as and when required. • She will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective and efficient filing system, ensuring the easy retrieval of information. • She needs to have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally. • She needs to process proactive attitude with the ability to act with good judgment and common sense on a day to day basis regarding assigned and duties. • She has to be self motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude. • She has to be fluent in English, both oral and written. • Proficiency in MS-Office and internet usage
