| Educational Qualification |
B.Sc in Engineering (Civil) from any recognized University.

| Additional Requirements |
• Should have minimum 10-15 years working experience in the field of quality construction & building design.
• Should have the experience of minimum 20-storied building with 3-basement construction.
• Should have sound knowledge in MS Office, Auto CAD & ETABS programs.
• Should have pleasant personality and interpersonal communication skill both in English & Bengali.
• Have knowledge on structural and architectural design
• Be conversant with current practices and code of civil engineering

| Job Responsibilities |
• Organize a team of workforce for construction of high rise building.
• Be over all in charge of all the project of the group.
• Make timely materials requisition to maintain work flow
• Ensuring procuring, stocking and supply of construction materials to the site in time
• Interpretation of design documents
• Capable of solving all technical and managerial problems arise at project site
• Quality control, cost control and time management
• Must have Knowledge in performing structural and finishing work
