Educational Qualification

Additional Requirements	• Commitment to, and understanding of, the work of the Trust; • Focused and energetic leadership; • Skills in project management; • Effective communication skills, including written and spoken English; • Ability to appreciate and develop the capacity of colleagues; • Intelligent understanding of Government, NGO and Donor regimes; • Proven experience and expertise in the teaching of English and teacher training; • Organisational competence that includes fundraising, financial management, accountability and IT skills.

Job Responsibilities	• UKBET is a UK and Bangladesh NGO working to enhance the quality of English language teaching and learning in schools in Sylhet Division. • UKBET wants to appoint a Director to provide leadership and management of the organisation. We are seeking a person with the skills and experience to secure, sustain and expand the work of the Trust, and promote UKBET both in Bangladesh and internationally.

Job Experience

Location	Sylhet

Job Facilities	Salary up to Tk 60,000 per month, dependent on skills and experience, plus other benefits.
