Educational Qualification
• MBA/ M Com in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking, Marketing or equivalent
• Excellent competency in spoken & written English
Additional Requirements
• At least 2 year of hands on experiences in the field of Network (WAN) management in any bank/ ISP/ Network Solution Company or in any ADC vendor Company. Experience in UNIX OS will add extra value.
• TECHNICAL: Advanced Networking -TCP/ IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN (IPSec), DHCP, DNS, PPTP & MPPE, VPDN, Net flow, HSRP, Route Map, ACL, PIX etc. Configuring LAN/ WAN.
• CCNA Certification will get High Priority.
• Experienced in Handling ADC (ATM/ POS) in any bank or in any ADC vendor Company.
• Experience in UNIX OS will add extra value.
• Should Have Experience in ATM Switching Software Administration & Maintaining of ATM & POS related Hardware e.g. HSM, NAC etc. Should Have Experience in ATM Card Production System.
• Knowledge in MS SQL Server 2005/2008 will add extra value.
Job Responsibilities
• Duty Station: Principal branch, Head Office, BRAC Bank Inc in Afghanistan, Kabul, Afghanistan.
• Contract Period : 03 Years Fixed Term Contract, Renewable
• Work as a cluster Manager and be responsible for all branches of the bank;
• Lead the team of the branch operation including the manager of the other branches;
• Mobilize deposit / advance or loan.
• Drive the retail business of the bank including product development, debit cards, ATM/POS operations.
• Strict regulatory compliance as guided by the central bank;
• Though knowledge of transactional reporting, KYC and AML issues;
• Setting business targets, budget planting and target distribution;
• Be an excellent team player adaptability to foreign courage and carriage to work in difficult situations

Job Facilities
• Basic salary: Taka 75,000-90,000/- per month [depends on experience & qualification]

• Two festival bonuses (equivalent to one month basic salary) is payable after completion of one year service

Additional Requirements
• At least 3 years of hands on experiences in Software Development (JAVA, C/C++, C# / ASP.Net / VB.Net, RDBMS platforms with reporting skilled) in any reputed Software Company
• Achitecture, Programming, Algorithms, Algorithm Development, Complex Architecture, Java, C++, C/C++, .NET, PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, ASIC, Hardware interface, Software Interface, Parallel Algorithms C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server 2005/2008 & VB.Net Platform & related reporting tools (preferably Crystal report) with experience of the full project life cycle (Analysis, design, development, architect) for developing database based software.
• Hands on experience in centralized core banking systems will be an added advantage;
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience algorithmic programming and FIX protocol, and good understanding of financial messaging standards;
• Should have at least 3 complete project cycle knowledge
Job Responsibilities

• Financial application development including MIS and regularly reports, software customization, messaging communication APIs for interfacing with other host applications. Must have experience with JAVA, C/C++, C#, PHP, Advanced SQL, My SQL, Linux, and Microsoft.Net. Will work with various department heads to develop software applications
